District Manager Positions:

District Manager - Various Locations

A national dollar store chain is looking for District Managers to support their growth. Districts average 15 to 20 stores. The stores average about 6,000 square feet in size and around $1 million in volume.  

Company is looking for candidates who are merchandise oriented and have multi-store experience. The small store size and volume means that DM is very "hands on " in the store.  Compensation will be matched to experience and ranges from 50 to 65k (depending on location). DM is provided a company vehicle in addition to stock options and bonus opportunities.

         Current openings:                         Base Salary:

  • Delaware                                         to 60k                        
  • Detroit, MI                                        to 65k
  • Midwest U.S. location                      to 65k

Requirements:

  Previous  experience with a variety, drug store, mass-merchandiser (definitely need "everyday" type merchandise experience)

  Must have previous Retail District Manager experience.
