RVP  Store Operations  - Dollar Store Retailer

One of our clients has asked us to begin a  search for a  couple of Regional Vice Presidents to support their expansion. Individual will have responsibility for overseeing the operations of their region (typically 175 to 225 stores).

Since the regions have not been identified, candidates must be completely open on relocation.  Relocation restrictions will prevent you from being considered.

Company is a leading retailer in the small store arena. Rapid expansion and solid financial performance are two of the leading benchmarks of the company. Specific information will be made available to qualified candidates.

As you would imagine, this position will come with a full range of benefits, bonuses and stock options.  Base in the 95 to 100K range

Requirements:

   Prefer Drug Store/ Variety Store/ "C" Store/ or Dollar Store backgrounds.

   Company is looking for "5 star" fast track candidates.

   Someone who has been a RVP with a major retailer with a series of rapid promotions.
