Store Manager - "Big Box" Retailer - Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio

We are working on this position through one of our affiliate offices. One of the leading "Big Box" retailers has asked us to assist them in recruiting for several key market Store Manager positions. Company is a major retailer.

They are looking to bring on a couple of Store Managers into key positions. Only promototable future candidates will be considered.

They currently have several openings in:

Kentucky

Ohio

Indiana

Base salary will be matched to experience but is up to 65k base. Plus bonus.

Requirements:

Previous Store Manager level experience with a top mass merchandise/discount/ or a "big box" retailer.

Must have large volume store experience.

Must have College Degree.

Strong leadership and management skills as evidenced by prior work history.

Store Manager - "Big Box" Retailer - East Coast opportunities

We are working on this position through one of our affiliate offices. One of the leading "Big Box" retailers has asked us to assist them in recruiting for several key market Store Manager positions. Company is a major retailer.

They are looking to bring on a couple of Store Managers into key positions. Only promototable future candidates will be considered.

Positions range from the Northeast which will include Connecticut, New Jersey, New York. The Mid-Atlantic, which will include Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The Southeast, which will include North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

Base salary will be matched to experience but is up to 70k base. Plus bonus.

Our client is an expanding "Home Store" retailer. To support their new store growth in the New Jersey and Eastern PA areas, they have asked us to look for several Store Managers to come in as SMIT's.

Company is very team oriented and places heavy emphasis on customer relationship building. Commission sales experience is part of team structure.

They prefer contemporary retail backgrounds (Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware as examples) with heavy emphasis on creating excitement in the store environment.

Base salary in the 55k to 65k range based upon market. Plus Bonus

Store Manager - Big Box - various locations East Coast

Through one of our affiliate offices we are now working on a number of Store Manager in Training positions with a rapidly growing big box hardlines retailer. Average size store is 15,000 to 20,000 sq. ft.

Company is opening a number of new stores and needs to bring on SMIT's for future growth. Training period is extensive due to heavy merchandising emphasis (typically 12 to 24 months). You will be brought in as an Associate Manager and have direct merchandising responsibilities over a section of the store. Salary and bonus opportunities are very attractive.

Candidates should have previous Store Manager experience. Relocation may be required once assigned a store based upon your location and their current needs.

Target starting salary range is 50 to 55K base plus bonus based on location and experience.

Must have experience in a "big box" retail environment.

Merchandising skills (not just operational). Experience with ordering merchandise is key.

Local candidates only. Prefer not having to move you twice. You must be open to relocation within a geographic area when you are assigned as Store Manager. Therefore, they want you to be in the market where the SMIT openings are at.
